D.C. delegate to Congress Eleanor Holmes Norton addresses how Republicans and Democrats are going to approach the Violence Against Women Act and the compromises that will need to be made to get the law passed. In spite of the difficulties ahead, she assures viewers, “Look, we’re not going to keep millions of women from getting the many programs that are available in the Violence Against Women act, let me assure you of that.”
