Granholm: Run through the open door
Jennifer Granholm says women who break the glass ceiling have a duty to reach through the shards and pull other women up. Without women as mentors, she says, “we end up with a war on women – with men as the only soldiers in the battlefield.” And from the battlefield, Granholm says to expect scars, to honor the scars received from fighting for someone or something important.
