Report finds well-heeled corporate polluters back attack on climate science

Ninety-seven percent of top climate scientists say climate change is real and man-made, but ThinkProgress editor-in-chief Faiz Shakir reports that the Heartland Institute, a right-wing think tank, wants to teach kids a different lesson. Although Heartland disputes the report, a recent ThinkProgress investigation found that the think tank was developing a public school curriculum that would portray the human impact on global warming as a “major scientific controversy.”
