Dr. Donald Berwick, senior fellow with the Center for American Progress, says the health care law is about fairness. “Whether you call it a tax or whatever, we’re all in this together. That’s what this law is really about,” he tells Jennifer Granholm. Berwick says the public is quickly going to see the benefits that this law has for them, and now is the time to move toward the improvements to health care and to the system that will come from implementing the Affordable Care Act. “This isn’t a government takeover, this is doctors and nurses giving the care they want to give. … It’s a wonderful day.”
