War on women’s health: Romney’s positions ‘extreme’ and ‘at odds’ with American women

Cecile Richards, president of Planned Parenthood, says there is a political agenda aiming to eliminate women’s access to reproductive care. Richards tells Jennifer Granholm, “They’re using politics as a way of getting in between women and access to care. … For women in this country, access to health care does not come with a political label, and they’re really really concerned about what they’re seeing about politicians playing politics with women’s lives and women’s health care.” Richards says Planned Parenthood’s ads are nonpartisan, designed to fight against a rolling-back of women’s reproductive rights and health care.
