Jennifer Granholm talks with Washington D.C. political columnist Craig Crawford about some of the key factors influencing Tuesday’s Michigan primary, including absentee voters, negative ads and the power of voters who make more than $200K — “Romney’s base.” Despite Mitt Romney’s win in Michigan, Crawford sees Ohio as the next big frontier for both candidates. “That’s the bigger test for Santorum,” Crawford says. “I see a lot of numbers in these results here in Michigan that tell me that Santorum is still in pretty good shape in Ohio. If you take that (Romney) hometown advantage out … I think Santorum’s still looking pretty good.”
