Cenk Uygur looks at the media response to superstorm Sandy’s destruction. “I hope it shakes the New York media out of its complacency,” Cenk says. “Now that they’ve seen it, maybe now they just might understand that climate change is not something that’s going to happen 50 or 100 years from now. It’s happening right now.” And although Sandy may be just one very large weather event, Cenk says, overall trends of increasing global warming are obvious — as is the decrease in climate change coverage.
Cenk and panelists discuss Obama's response to the NSA scandal, protests in Turkey and Brazil, the North Carolina NAACP's "Moral Mondays" and more TONIGHT 7E/4P.
