Gallup editor-in-chief Frank Newport says, “Doesn’t matter how you ask it, Americans say, yeah, sure, tax the rich.” The right wing says lower taxes will create jobs — that’s not true, either. Bill Gates tells Fox News, “If something’s a profitable activity, you’re going to engage in it,” even if taxes are higher. “You’re going to have to raise taxes,” Gates adds. “The rich should bear a larger increase than the rest.” MIC CHECK!
