In the showdown between Mitt “RoboCorp” Romney and Rick “Church Lady” Santorum — nicknames suggested by our viewers — Cenk is ready to boldly go where no other commentator will: “I believe Rick Santorum is going to win [in Illinois]. There, I said it. You know if I get it right I’ll brag about it. If I get it wrong, we’ll do a ‘fail.’”
But there’s no way RoboCorp is out of the election yet. (Cenk even does a little dance.) “Look how much money Romney raises from the rich,” Cenk says, pointing to the fact that 97 percent of donors to the Romney-supporing super PAC gave over $25,000. “Who’s got $25,000? The only person who can give a politician $25,000 is someone who is mega-rich and thinking, ‘Hey, it’s a good investment.’”
