Cenk talks to Jimmy LaSalvia, a co-founder of gay conservative group GOProud, about their “enthusiastic” endorsement of Mitt Romney.
“You’re willing to set back the gay rights cause for, at the very least, four years,” Cenk says. “It’s not a minor issue, like, ‘Hey, what do I think about his regulation of the EPA?’”
LaSalvia says, “The president’s record on jobs and debt and the defense crisis is indefensible, and that’s why liberals in Washington and across the country want to talk about issues like gay marriage and contraception.”
Cenk responds, “I get it, you want lower taxes so gay Americans can be as greedy as straight Americans.”
