Daryl Hannah and director Craig Rosebraugh join Cenk to introduce their new documentary, “Greedy Lying Bastards,” which exposes the corporate interests behind denying climate change. Hannah says, “When profit is an unfortunate motivator for all of these entities, they have to keep reporting quarterly profits. That’s just an unhealthy system. We need a paradigm shift.” Rosebraugh says, “There’s a concerted, crafty campaign waged by the oil industry to ensure that not only is the public left in the dark and confused as to whether climate change exists but, more importantly, as a result, politicians are doing nothing on the issue.”
