Richard Socarides, who advised President Clinton on gay issues, tells Michael Shure, Michael Hastings and Tricia Rose that he believes President Obama will come out in favor of same-sex marriage before the Democratic National Convention.
“I’m actually surprised he’s waited this long,” Socarides says. “I think that he is ready to go.”
