On Keystone, it’s hard to tell if Obama is a ‘terrible negotiator’ or even worse

“At some point you have to ask the question, is he messing with us?” Cenk asks his Power Panel about President Obama, especially the recent indication the White House will cave on the Keystone oil pipeline. “If the most charitable view is that he’s a terrible negotiator,” Adam Green of Bold Progressive says, “and the least charitable view is that he’s either selling out to corporate donors or doesn’t even mean it, that’s a really bad case to make to the public in 2012.” As Cliff Schecter says, “I think it’s almost worse than any of us are saying. I think it’s combination of weakness when he wants to stand up for something and other times I think he’s just punting.”
