Rick Santorum says his campaign is at halftime, but our Power Panel says it’s over

Byliner’s Michael Solomon and Politico’s Ginger Gibson join the Power Panel to debate whether Rick Santorum should pack up the campaign and go home. Solomon thinks it’s best to end before Pennsylvania. “If [Santorum] really wants to challenge Romney in Pennsylvania, the Romney people are just gonna throw at him, and try to humiliate him, and essentially end his career,” Solomon says. Gibson says, “[Santorum] could be looking at 2016. A lot of people say he’s got enough delegates to come back and try again in four years.”
