As New York and New Jersey citizens prepared for the landfall of Hurricane Sandy, Cenk Uygur examined the implications of a Romney-Ryan budget plan if a similar disaster were to strike during their presidency. Cenk says their 2013 FEMA budget requests would “cut the hell out of our budgets.”
