Russ Feingold polls well against Wisc. Gov. Walker, but he’s not running for office — in next 2 years

Former Wisconsin senator Russ Feingold joins Cenk (on his birthday, no less) to talk about the Wisconsin recall, taking money out of politics and the drone strike against Anwar al-Awlaki. A longtime advocate for campaign finance reform — and also co-chair of President Obama’s re-election campaign — Feingold says, “We always say there’s no such thing as a free lunch. There’s also no such thing as a free $10 million contribution.”

Though polling has shown Feingold the most popular possible replacement for Gov. Scott Walker, he says, “I’m not running for office during these two years.” After that? “Who knows?”
