Cenk talks to Zach Carter of Huffington Post about leaked memos exposing President Obama’s very quiet — and seemingly terrible — trade deal with Asian countries. “He gets the sovereignty issues,” Carter says, “but I think it comes back to the fact that these trade deals are so complicated and so secretive.” Cenk says, “Even a good guy like President Obama who comes into office and wants to do the right thing, but he gets pushed and he gets pushed… Conservatives aren’t any better. Mitt Romney says he would have signed it even quicker than Obama!” One candidate who did speak out against this kind of trade agreement, Carter points out, was Ron Paul.
