I'm not Muslim, I'm Catholic, and I absolutely love her fashion! She is so beautiful, yet modest, what a great role model. I hope she makes it big and her modest clothing style spreads to other designers.

Very cool. I love it.
Other fashion designers need to take a leaf from her book. It's about beauty and style but actually is relevant to real life, unlike the usual impracticable/naked-crap-that-no-one-would-wear stuff you see on the catwalk. Modest clothing can be sexy and stylish and Rabia is proving it. Original and rare.

It's about time someone has come up with fashions for Muslim women. They always look so dark and oppressed.

This is one of my favorites. I love the designer's collections. (The white tracksuit is my fav) The process of buying the materials, the music, the background info. It was a great video!

Thank you for this pod. I think Rabia Z's designs are refreshing as an non-Muslim American woman who is always struggling against the revealing trends in contemporary fashion. Even without cultural or religious restrictions, many women do not feel comfortable being exposed but often the alternatives are a step away from a potato sack. I will definitely seek out the clothing of Rabia Z.

Although I don't agree with the idea of covering up, I can certainly understand that this step towards opening up a market for Arabic fashion is great to get women out there and have a little fun and feel beautiful!

that's so smart. i'm sorry to say that until i watched this i didn't understand the modesty thing i just thought it was b/c men there were kind of oppressive, but now i get it. it is beautiful. good for her and good for these women.

it's very intereting because i am muslim and i am a tv presenter in massaya tv and the program is specialized in hejab fashion , in fact it's called "hejab style " so basically it's my speciality and i would like to have her as a guest in my program you too josh

I love this video. Modesty in high fashion is definitely a revolutionary idea. Her designs are beautiful and striking to the eye. As a non-Muslim woman, I would wear her designs, especially in the cold San Francisco winters!

this is just COOL...it's important to show that there is creativity in a world where the media only shows death and oppression. what rabia z is contributing to society is a beautiful thing! it is important for muslim to know that they can be beautiful and express themselves. and this designer is giving them an avenue to do so.

Thank you so much for all of your work, both for your fashion design and for being a role model and spokeswoman for what real Muslims are like (beyond the negative stereotypes that pervade the media today). Where can we in the U.S. go to buy your beautiful, modest clothing? Do you have a website?

I really appreciate that designers like Rabia are striving so hard to come out with clothing like this- it is very difficult for Muslim women to shop for clothing that is both westernized and Islamic at the same time. I enjoyed the video, and Rabia keep up the beautiful work!
