    • Stephen Hawking is an absolutely brilliant man! He has changed the way people look at science, math & the environment! He's been ill since he was in college himself suffering with motor neurone disease, it's very sad to hear that he's doing worse now! When he was diagnosed with motor neurone disease, he was told he would not live much more then a few years! The man is a fighter! He's even a great actor! He appeared in Star Trek! I wish him & his family all the best! His son has already started writing a book about the life of Stephen Hawking ! I hope he get's better & stays around this Earth a little longer to teach & inspire many more people!

    • I'll take your word for it. I've started reading his book A brief history of time a few times and just get bogged down in the first few chapters. I ain't no Einstein so thats probably a good indicator of his genius.

If you got Obama to write his books then you'd be onto a winner.

    • Not to patronise the guy but I'm guessing an illness like a chest infection is especially ominous in his case.

Hope he's alright. The man's incredible.
