We've all heard lots about Google's Street View, but a similar project is taking place beneath the streets of Rome. A team of European archaeologists, architects and computer scientists have been mapping in 3D the largest catacomb, Saint Domitilla, using laser scanners.

In total, Rome's Catacombs stretch out to a massive 105 miles - so this project is no mean feat.
