There has yet to be any confirmation saying if this is, in fact actual footage from the game. It does look convincing, as many of the monsters are identical to what was displayed in the leaked artwork earlier this week.

Me and a few friends of mine googled where 3D Realms is located. Turns out their building is really just a 5 minute drive from my house.
We really considered driving up there and seeing what was up.

Take Two always held the publishing rights for Duke Nukem Forever, and they've grown impatient with 3D Realms constant delays. They didn't give them money for publishing nor did they control their development, so when 3D Realms ran out of cash, they shut down. Take Two still has publishing rights to the game, so if anyone is going to develop the game, it would be them, more than likely under the 2K Games label (since Rockstar isn't going anywhere near this shit)
