    • We have a law that prohibits games that would be R rated (18+) as we do not have a games rating system like the one used in America and elsewhere. Given there are no ratings anyone could buy the game.

Then again, we don't let people own guns either and that hasnt done us any harm!....:-) peace

    • Wait...Minister for Censorship ? Does this guy volunteer or gettting paid by Aussie taxpayers money?? I bet there are alot of ways to spend public funds in that country than funding ministry of censorship.

    • I just give up, first it was Germany to ban these games and now Australia are thinking of doing the same thing.

Let's just say that gamers out there will find a way to smuggle these games into the countries faster then we can say 'Hey you can't do that'.

    • Playing whatever you play is up to the players...it shouldn't be banned. Although when I used to SL, I never met any aussies. Is this site banned there too? XD

    • This issue of media censorship is getting a bit out of control in Australia. They don't have an 18+ rating for games, so anything that would get that rating in another country is simply banned in Australia. It's really ridiculous.
