Japan continues giant robot fetish

The Japanese have invested even more time into building robots, as they set out to construct another life-size robot (the previous project being the Gundam model) -- Tetsujin a.k.a Gigantor; a 60ft tall robot weighing in at 50 tonnes.

The structure will be on permanent display from October this year at Wakamatsu Park in Kobe.
