Bleeding Billboards in New Zealand

Image

The aim is to warn drivers about driving to the weather conditions. So an advertising company created billboards that bleed when it rains. It's quite an eerie effect, they claim it has worked in making the roads safer.

    • I think it is a good campaign idea. I think shock advertising always works when it comes to issues like this or domestic violence/abuse issues. If it does not sink into driver's heads at first sight, then it will do subconsciously.

    • Ewwww. Aren't some people really sensitive to the sight of blood? My old English teacher would literally pass out if someone had a nose bleed.

    • Am all for this sort of advert/warning but my only concern is that drivers reading it could cause problems itself..its shocking but very real
