Funny man, I never thought about the concept of using "The Citadel" for anything big... what I always remember is any experience relating to a citadel based level in a game was how vague my memories of it were, as if the game developers made it out to be better than it really was (specifically making it better than it really is, like much more than anything else in a video game).
