Brutal Legend is in for a Brutal Court Battle

If you remember a certain story from way back when, Activision claimed that they owned the publishing rights to Brutal Legend, and because of this felt justified in suing the developer, Double Fine. Now, Double Fine and the gang have striked back, countersuing the video game giant.

    • Honestly, I don't think it's likely, but if Activision were to somehow get the release of Brutal Legend stopped after they dropped the game, I would very likely begin boycotting Activision products. And trust me, that would be very difficult for me. :p

    • These game componies need to stop beakering, the game have been in perdution for years and their have problems. I mean really activision you have billon of dollars so this really isn't a big deal to them.
