Monty Python Celebrates 40th anniversary with 1 night show in London

According to the official python site they are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year with a special 1 day show in London.The show stars Eric Idle and John Du Prez's performing Not The Messiah at the Royal Albert Hall.

The show will also have guest appearances from fellow Pythons Michael Palin, Terry Jones & Terry Gilliam and Carol Cleveland & Neil Innes.

Judging by the page, the show will be based on the life of Brian but not a complete re-enactment of the film.

This of course isn't the only celebration for python fans but is probably one of the biggest tied to the 40th anniversary.

    • Hey, Mao...apart from the movies, google some of their skits..."Monty Pythons Flying Circus"..was a show on British TV, and watch, "The Minister for Funny Walks", and "The Norwegian Blue", yu will be in convulsions...Eden...

      flying Circus was on every friday at 11 pm we would get high sorry and just laugh our heads off. I love British humor. My son now watches this show called the mighty Boosh which is from England it's funny to. And i Have seen Hugh Laurie comedy. I will still just think of Hugh as DR. Housemy favorite show.
