Medical technology is taking another step forward with a system to help diabetics look out for signs of infection and inflammation often found in feet.

The Vincent 50 foot scanner has been created by medical-tech company, MeDaVinci, based in Liverpool, UK and produces "non weight-bearing" images of the foot. These images eliminate pressure-shots of the foot resting down, which means experts can clearly identify any areas that may be infected.
