Variety magazine report that Jennifer Hudson will play Nelson Mandela's ex wife in a new film about her life.
The actress said she was thrilled about the role and has described Ms Madikizela-Mandela as a "powerful and extraordinary woman"
I think that's a good choice of an actress and if she pulls it off it will really cement her acting career.

I love Jennifer Hudson's music. I'm just not one hundred percent sure that I can imagine her in the role. Portraying someone from another country is extremely difficult. I hope she can pull it off!
