It is in total disrepair and i think this would make a wonderful educational ECO Enchanted Village as a year round carbon neutral museum to show how a sustainable village works.

Here is the old funhouse and boat ride designed by my father, Sam Spector 1914-2003 with his identical twin brother Max.My family created and ran this 1945-1980 and they are discussing making strip malls and condos so I prefer to see it become a renovated carbon neutral year round model that would be a good example for others around the world.
This would create hundreds of jobs ranging from Science Research to Student Internships to Ride Operators... in York, Maine.
One model I can picture is to divide the operation into sections and make them like condominiums as a nearby amusement business is doing successfully in Funtown Saco. . Another is to make it all a nonprofit.
