Jim Victor is a sculptor with over 30 years of experience. His work has appeared in the New York Times as well as various private and public collections, including the Jimmy Carter Presidential Library. That’s a pretty big honor and Victor is a very talented individual. His traditional sculptures are fantastic, he’s been sculpting portraits of notable figures since the 1970s, but it’s his food sculptures that pay the bills.
