A lot of guys feel the need to hide their balding scalps with expensive, horrible looking toupees, but Londoner Philip Levine found an alternative. When Levine realized he was going bald he eschewed a traditional rug and the Mr. Clean look in favor of transforming his scalp into an artistic canvas.
