A question for the protesters...where the hell did you get the plastic for your little horns? This is akin to protesting a slaughter house by throwing chicken nuggets at each other. Are Americans simply unable to understand just how much oil we use? Everything we utilize (transportation, medicine, agriculture, manufacturing, commerce, communication, etc) is based on hydrocarbons. The global standard of living (granted requiring serious work to improve globally) is base on the production and consumption of oil.
Seeing teenage hipsters, make complete asses of their ignorant selves, and then acting like they are making a difference is depressing.
