Operation Endgame comes to Central Kentucky - Lexington courts | Examiner.com

Operation Endgame sounds like something out of a James Bond film. At least that's what I thought when I first started seeing articles written about the Homeland Security and ICE program dealing with illegal immigration. Try as I might I couldn't get any of the links to the official documentation to link to anything. Some said 'Removed by User' and some even said 'Removed by Dept. of Homeland Security'. Recent activities in the Central Kentucky area revived my interest in the subject and I was able to locate a copy of the official documentation and post it on my site.

Wikipedia has this description of Operation Endgame:

Operation Endgame is a 2003-2012 plan under implementation by the Office of Detention and Removal Operations of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement to detain and deport all removable aliens and "suspected terrorists" currently living in the United States by 2012.

The objectives of the plan are described in a memorandum from the director Anthony S. Tangemann to the Deputy Assistant Director of Field Operations dated June 27th 2003:
