I really don't have any calm words to opine on this statement, except that it's the most despicable hyperbole that has ever been thrown at a modern US President.

    • Mr. Boortz is not backing down, and not apologizing. He continues to boast about his most despicable behavior. He posts this on his website:

There is no doubt attack the loss of 3000 people to Islamic maniacs on 9/11 was a tragedy of massive proportions. I will submit, however, that over the years to come ObamaCare will kill far more than 3000 through the rationing of health care services and the overall decline in the quality of health care in America. So .. to put this in uncomfortable terms – but terms that get the point across – I’ll see your 3000 and raise you the thousands who will be killed by ObamaCare.

    • Wow... I have no words to accurately describe how badly I feel that fucker belittled those who died in the attack on September 11th, nor do I have any words to accurately describe how I feel about the reaction he got from the crowd.

Ignore for a moment how anyone feels about Obama, whether they think he's done a good job or a bad one. Even if he's done a downright horrible job, what Boortz says and how the crowd react are literally sickening. The best comparison I can think of would be if a bus full of children was in an accident, killing most of them and then a few years later some kid compared that tragic and horrible event to a high school political nominee, claiming that though the bus accident was bad, that one particular student being high school president would be much worse.
