Well done; loved the video!
Several posts allude to the World Trade Center attacks which reminds me of the total insanity of buying into the "story" of the cave dwelling dialysis patient and his merry band of gentlemen. I continue to stand in awe of the ability of Americans to go along with lies and BS from their masters. WTC attack was waged in reply to the need of creating a new enemy to fear and hate---job well done Republican/NeoConservatives/Military Industrial Complex---you gave us the longest war this nation has ever waged and it's not done yet--HOW VERY PERFECT!

“….America and her sympathy with peace and justice are failing. Peace is now an afterthought.”
On the horizon, the silhouette of a once great nation remains, reduced to a nation divided, misguided, and woeful. A nation subdued by the ills of war, blinded by the industrial military complex as it wages perpetual wars for profit at the expense of humanity.
Government’s wars are cloaked in the blood soaked sacramental cloth that bears the stars and stripes of our heritage. Yet, as fate would have it, history inked with the blood of the noble, the innocent, and the evil, is of great consequence to those who hope to one day acquiesce to a peaceful state of existence. Let us not acquiesce to a state of perpetual war.

You said it. And, the only way we can beat them is to continue to fight! Occupy may have started as a movement, but it must be sustained as a way of thinking. Occupy the Psyche... Americans are JUST beginning to wake up, there is power in numbers...we can change things-or die trying.

When it was West vs. West, World Wars I and II were declared "on" at a point in belligerence far prior to the level we've already reached in the current "World War," though distinctions suggested by the numbers I, II, and III are misleading as the Great Capitalist War began in August 1914 in East Prussia, and comprises most of the wars since then, including I, II, and III . America, driven by its Corporate masters, started the current paroxysm of mayhem over 10 years ago in response to a fluke attack by fanatics on George Duh-byuh Bush's watch, for which he and his cronies should be held culpable because of lax security policies, as well as the moronic "bring 'em on" attitude, an attitude for which they were in part hired for by the folks who actually run the country. The war has progressed to include Afghanistan, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, Bahrain, and, shortly, will encompass Iran. This particular period may well be termed the "Oil War Phase" by future historians, who will certainly sort out the obvious connections between the commencement of hostilities in the early days of the 20th Century and the continuing conflict today and for the forseeable future. It is an international class war, and it has become a war for the energy so vital to the Corporate Capitalist investor class. It is a war between the elite, wealthy, Capitalist corporatocracy on the one hand, and the innocent men, women, and children of the world - among which innocent are included the guileless cannon fodder who still believe they are fighting for their "country."
What is to be done? OWS is the appetizer. These things take time, but patience and timing is everything. Hey, let's get the party going!

We all have to realize that fear is the ultimate control factor. What is the first thing that we are taught as children, to fear the boogie man. Yet we never learn who the boogie man is? But he is there and you need to be afraid, very afraid. I have traveled around the country and found myself in some scary situtitions, and I believe that if I had NOT faced my fear the outcomes would have been very different. Fear is only in the mind and easy to overcome.

War is the biggest profit making machine the US Industrial Complex has going is perpetual war. These things that they are saying in that video, I have been saying these things almost verbatim for at least 5 years as I have seen the signs of the building situation. WW3 is inevitable, the age of big brother is upon us and we are moving quickly towards a world of absolute control over every aspect of our lives and Americans are sucking it up in the name of security. Very sad day indeed.

I thought the economics of modern war were very clear to most people. Have you not noticed the enormous amounts of debt, the absurd cost of military hardware and the incredibly chilling loss of human life?

Yes. And it has a long record of success. FDR did it. Instantly all the unemployed miscreants have jobs soldiering and most of the excess population is sent to war and destroyed. It's mother nature's way of forcing us to live within our means while also growing GDP.

FDR existed on the ring of Dante's hell reserved for innocents who were unenlightened, as it were. Those folks lagged behind in understanding the evil inherent in all Capitalistic societies, including our own. Despite his greatness, FDR was in many ways just a tool.

My goodness , what a lack of imagination . War is the ONLY way ? Can you not think of even ONE other ? Don't make me tell you .... ! What you are saying IS that it is worth your life , or your sons and daughters lives , because , a lot of people DIE in war . War is economically destabilizing to the economies of victim and aggressor . It steals resources for schools hospitals and infrastructure . The extreme weather we are very unprepared for and occasional epidemic , we will also sacrifice preparedness on . Really , try , there are many ways better ways to create jobs .

Your blatant disregard for those our propaganda machine labels "dictators" kind makes his point about people being complicit with fascism, perpetual wars and everything else.
Gaddafi made libya the best country in Africa.
-Free education/health service.
-$50,000 dollars when you get married to by a house.
- he swore to house every Libyan before his parents. (and pretty much did)
- 500 dinars a month sharing oil revenues for all Libyans.
- 50% towards buying a car.
- debt free and state owned bank.
- free land, machinery and seeds for want to be farmers.
- Healthcare and education abroad.
- free gas and electric and water for all.
- interest free loans.
- I'm sure that he had done bad things as well but who hasn't. If we had to draw up a table of countries that had done bad things I'm sure Gaddafi would not be 1st 2nd or even third.
It's all about £££££ $$$$$ €€€€€.(seems that Che icon is some sort of sarcasm on your part, cute.)
So.... I mean I'm sure it will work out though, people like me will start being rounded up and "indefinitely detained" by March or April or so next year... So at least you won't have people like me calling bullshit on your wonderful humanitarian ideas of dousing people with gasoline...

No one cries for Gadhafi. He was a bit actor, an Arab nationalist who had to be discredited so his country could be turned over to the Big Oil interests who had gained a toehold there after he was declared "rehabilitated." What a ploy! One of the most successful fifth columnist jobs I've ever read about or seen. And to top it off, most of the "left" applauded it! Magnificent! Way more dead folks than you'd hope for when your war is legitimized by the claim of "saving lives," but who cares? The Big Oil companies who were already there are absolutely cleaning up! Cigars and bourbon all around!

Is your "opinion" the result of fact checking with reliable sources? I've heard similar things, so someone should be able to dig up the truth about those claims. It'd be interesting, but given the pubic's blipvert attention span, we've moved on to Syria and Iran. Yeah? Good luck in finding enough fools willing to fight that war, now that we all know what and who the wars are for, and who they are not for. Under the prevailing conditions of an illegitimate corporate run government, intent on diminishing the lives, and quality of lives, of 99% of the United State's citizens, it is inescapably Anti American, Undemocratic, and Unpatriotic to fight in any more corporate engineered wars! And we know that the children of the 1% have, and will, never go and fight for their own plunder and spoils of war...
