oh yeah nothing wrong with that at all. Nothing even halfway disingenuous or deceiving about it. Campaigns that want to win will do anything to further that goal. It's the way it is.

The religious BS is so patently obvious here. The Evangelicals are putting their muscle behind Santorum because they can't stand the idea of a Mormon becoming president, and they know that if they don't have an Evangelical pandering candidate in the office, they will lose precious territory they have gained in DC. Not to mention that they would have to vote for Obama in order to prevent the Mormon from getting elected, which I am sure to them would be like eating freshly squeezed out shit.

If something can be rigged, Romney will rig it. But the real problem for Rick is he thinks Republican conservatives will respect him for not trying to rig a vote. Unfortunately he is mistaken. The ability to rig votes whether its in the Supreme Court, or Diebold machines without paper trails, or selectively disenfranchising portions of the electorate is a valued skill. Sort of like being a big earner for the Mafia. Lee Attwater, Karl Rove, these guys made their political bones with dirty tricks to confuse or disenfranchise the electorate.

All this represents is petty sour garpes....which what this whole GOP circus is about. Hopefully, they will continue beating up on each other all the way up until the convention. It is amusing.
