I do not trust the developed governments on this... 17% by 2035 is actually the deal I read and it is way too little way too late. If I didn't know any better I would think they are doing this deliberately to allow their rich minions like Bill Gates make a kiiling in geoengineering. I am sure they are talking about that as well behind closed doors at Doha while the poor and indigenous who are disproportionately suffering form the effects of this once again sit outside being watched by riot police. I also read that China is looking into fracking to "greenwash" their CO2 emissions. Perhaps this is what Obama is trying to sell them on, don't know for sure. One thing I do know is that we will not see an attack of conscience any time soon by those profiting big from this crisis which is why we need to take the solutions out of their hands and into our own. I am no longer looking to any of them for any real leadership on this least of all this Congress and Obama who sold us out a long time ago... and they should be held accountable for that.

I so agree with you and I think we all have to get into the solution by personally lowering our effect and educating others on affordable ways to get ready for the storm. A sad face. I have the Bill Gates video here somewhere for those who want to hear his thoughts.
