Greenland is thawing. While the melting ice sheet on the world's largest island implies unfavorable environmental effects world-wide, Adam Yamaguchi finds Greenlanders have surprisingly positive reactions to this climatic upheaval.

What I find interesting is that the population of Greenland as well as the scientists there are very excited about the melting of some of the ice this summer. So they could get more research done than they have in the past. What a "twist" on the story!
This could very well freeze quite solid this winter and be like the other places in the world where we have sceen greater amounts of ice during the winter.
I believe this shows that it is a solar and global cycle working together. I agree with making our word more pure, but if it will not change the global and solar cycles that we are seeing now.
Please, don't beat yourselves up, as "global warming" isn't caused by humans in general. And cannot be repaired or fixed by our actions either.
At the same time, we as people who live on this earth have every responsibility to make this world as clean and as pure as it can be, with the tech we have at hand, for our health alone.
