    • Your video on economics was very well done. I serve as Director of a non-profit organization which works with children, families and seniors in rural communities in California. Our work is focused on economic development in rural areas which are feeling the impact on the poor economics in the U.S. very strongly. We are currently preparing a video web site funded through a grant from the California Council for the Humanities which will be recording stories, both success and challenges, told by rural community residents. I would enjoy your comments on our work at it progresses over the next year. We will be focusing on small farmers, farm workers, rural residents and how they are dealing with health care, energy costs and how we can possibly use their stories as guides to help re-weave a better understanding on what makes a sustainable community, (and in turn a sustainable society).
