He is part of a group of crooked people who were told by Joel Penoyar of WA State Judicial System that he would get back all the money he lost being incarcerated for domestic violence and sexual assault by setting up making his victims be under investigation for illegal drug activity, as a way to rob victims rather than pay damages for abuse., I do not know anything about the duo who were his associates as I am not a meth user or criminal that think women who are Christians should be kidnapped and killed, but one of my former husband's many victims as well as the victims of identity theft as Yakama Tribal members and descendants by persons on deferred prosecution who keep making us as a tribe have unreported to the State of WA income from unknown sources, all of which is racism, to make it appear we as allergy sufferers with legitimate prescription medication are the cause of meth manufacturing, which is not true, instead of people who buy over the counter medications and cook them down to make meth. Please leave my family alone, as we are also not the cause of chld molestation by meth users, that is a factor in their ingesting meth as it makes them hypersexual. Your tactics that claim that behind every man charged with a sex crime is a woman who drove him to it also not true, as my former husband, I found out after marrying him, is a breeder for a cult, so he is forced by a cult to have sex with people to get them pregnant whose children then belong to the cult and can be sacrificed at will to satisfy the cult. This is such a powerful story and it desperately needs to be told. Having grown up near a reservation myself, I found this documentary devastatingly poignant. Thank you for being a voice for those who are afraid to use their own. The BIA is largely ineffective and legislation must be put forth to amend a legal system where sexual abuse is status quo.

I stayed there more than once but was interferred with by the women there and supposedly the staff going to my in laws home where my husband and I were staying at and lying about me supposedly criticizing their religion, which did not happen, to intimidate me that I was not safe in the shelter and make me go home to cook for them.The third time I stayed there as a domestic violence victim I was hazed by a group of women who appear to be now in our community hunting down exwives and their family members to kill us and claim we as the victims are the cause of men being violent instead of their own behavior, I would have had a son with my former husband who is enrolled Rosebud Sioux who would have been 13 years old this July if not for having been beaten up on while pregnant and forced to miscarry by a group who punctured my uterus and encouraged my husband to go out and drink with them in violation of his tribal court order not to drink and beat up on me and cheat on me. Part of them were arrested in 2006 for DUI in WA State then stole my berry baskets and property as drunks claiming they were told by Francis Fools Bull and the Native American Church members that he associates with as part of the Nemenhah Tribe of Utah that killing exwives who had been the victims of abuse was an act of honor for betraying them and having them arrested for DV. My exhusband was gotten out of prison early without notifying me by a group of white men from WA State who told him they were secretly on his side and would help him get back all the money he lost being incarcerated for domestic violence and sexual assault by making his victims look like someone to investigate for illegal drug use. My father was murdered in 2006 by their group who beat up on him while he was at his doctor's office in Yakima, WA and murdered him in the parking lot, and then stole his car , living room furniture and contents of his garage pretending that he was a meth lab manufacturer as an elder of our family as Yakamas, as my father was an enrolled Yakama Tribal member, They tried to make my late father who managed my allergy medication for me as a former EMT appear to be someone that he was not as a good member of our community and who as a retired Federal employee was a volunteer for WA Reading Corps, tutoring kids in reading at an elementary school, This is a crime my exhusband set up as he purported to not understand my emergency sublingual tablets that I carried in case of allergy attack while we were married and made up a whole bunch of lies about my family to make it appear that we , as Washington State residents and Yakama Tribal members or descendants, were people involved in supplying meth to Leroy Anderson and Glen Markus Walker, notorious men in South Dakota who kidnapped and murdered two women while using meth, a third managing to escape, in the Sioux Falls Area,something which just could not have possibly happened. MY former husband and I had gotten an award from the British Government that year for our work helping stop terrorism, an award which a group of jealous people just thought they would rob from me and abuse me to death and then claim I should take my exhusband's place and be charged with the crimes he supposedly commited that landed him in prison instead of just letting go and leaving us alone. How dare your people side with white people to have us all killed and our sons who are your sons as well and their grandfathers= maybe you should remember we are supposed to support each other as aboriginal people and not lie to hurt and kill our own flesh and blood and relatives to satisfy some white people as they will never be satisfied until we are all dead and they are living in our homes instead of us,, and eating our elk and deer and salmon and buffalo. Just finished watching "Rape on the Reservation", which was an important and upsetting story to bring to the public's attention. While I thank the producers of this story for investigating, interviewing and devoting the focus and attention needed to cover many aspects of this problem, I was very disappointed to see no 'call to action' or 'ways to help' for anyone sufficiently disturbed to want to help change this situation. Obviously, there are many contributing factors leading to violence, both domestic and community, but what steps can we as Americans take to begin to lessen or reverse these factors? Is there no organization doing good that could use more resources? White Buffalo Calf Woman Society was mentioned as part of the story, but a Google search on Maps disconcertingly says 'This place is permanently closed.' and their website does not respond. C'mon Vanguard, now that you've gotten our attention, where do we send our anguish to make a difference?
