I agree with you, steev. A fence is a translucent wall. This is yet another ill
conceived measure like Hadrians Wall in Brittain, or the Berlin Wall partitioning
East Germany from West Germany. Walls never keep the barbarians out.
They're not intended to. Because they're a zenophobic attempt to keep us
in. Flashback 100 years ago to the anti MJ laws the border States passed
to Harass Mexicans. Sure, as now, they wanted them to work in the hot Sun
to harvest their produce. But the white hypocrits didn't want them practicing
their customs because they didn't want " greasers " living there, socializing
with their daughters, marrying them. Beaners, like negroes, were 2nd class.

The idea that Mexican citizens use MJ, like the Jamaicans do, to adjust their
body temperature to tolerate direct Sun wasn't relevant to the rascist hate
mongers then, nor is it now. The Africans, kidnapped by the English slavers
to work in Jamaica, have used MJ for hundreds of years to adapt to their
climate, and stave off the melanoma that would devastate caucasians.
Though the English freed their slaves in Jamaica long before the abolition
of Slavery here in the States, they knew that the only way their white minority
could subjugate the black majority under the yoke of Tyrany was to outlaw
their African custom of using MJ for PROPHYLACTIC medicinal purposes.
Cortes had the S. American indians' grain Amaranth outlawed for the
same purpose-to weaken,divide, and conquer. All MJ IS MEDICINAL.
Despite the begrudging, contemptuous, mala fide attitude Holder displays,
it's the totalitarian UnAmerican criminal practices the FBI & DEA use under
the color of their Anti Constitutional Prohibition that's caused them to betray
their only reason for being.

The Preamble of the Constitution sets forth the U.S. Govt. was established to:
" promote the domestic tranquility, and ensure the national welfare " Now all the
ventriloquist dummies like Nobama & Holder can do is to challenge Arizona's
Statute, worded the same as the Fed. statute, which the Feds can't enforce.
And now Nobama wants to appeal to the U.N. claiming human rights violations.
They've erected signs warning travelers it's unsafe to travel 100 miles into
Arizona from Mexico because the War on Drugs they've waged has backfired
on their foolish asses. For 73 years they've abused the Constitution as their
toilet paper in favor of subverting our Democracy for the " National Security
State " Now THAT'S ineffective too. When they're everywhere and every way
they're not supposed to be, they can't be anywhere or anyway they haqve to be.

We're onto you Holder. You're just another scalywag like Pinocio'bama,
maintaining the Organized Crime which J.Edgar Hoover set into motion.
We know you've been a puppet like Janet Reno, your old boss, because
your lucrative salary is more important to you than thinking conscionably.
I called your boss pinocio'bama a Racketeeer in the same mold as Al Capone
because he supports Prohibition and the rise of Organized Crime. After 73
years of making War on Americans and Mexicans...And after training the
Mexican army here in the USA, who have defected to the drug cartels, and
are assasinating both the legitimate Government & it's People, you run on

Nobama are complicit in permitting the rape gangs, Mass Murder 1,
terrorism, and subversion of the lawful order of the border States, Mexico,
and the U.S. We the People guarantee the ultimate success of California's
Proposition 19. No border fence will keep US out. You could build the great
wall of China, and fail. What a joke the Chinese must consider the " North
American Union " stamped onto the 2007 Denver minted Ameros they received.
When the out of control FBI & DEA, who're behind instituting Prohibition and
the 73 year old War on Drugs, are now the crimelord masters of the Injustice
Dept. The legitimate U.S. Govt. is going to have to deal with Mexicans as
humans eventualy. This fence will only slow them down, it won't stop them.

This part of the debate is what people want to keep out of America. I think when certain immigrants learn the system well enough and all its loop holes. It becomes more of an abusive system verse to better the hard-working/under-waged. Enforce the border, keep building surveillance, walls, whatever. Its money well-spent because if we keep letting immigrants in. It'll just hurt the economy more and too much weight will be placed on the already suffering lower-class. Dont give me that crap on its making it harder for them to get in... Yes its hard and may cost them their lives. Its their choice though and god is watching over them.

Anybody can get around, under, over, or thru a fence. I think that huge fence is a huge waste of tax-money. USA must stop luring illegals by offering free benefits. Penalize employers of illegals. A fence doesn't really stop anybody.
