Criminals result to lucrative activities on account of unemployment. The whole basis of drug trafficking is to acquire money. However, the best way to combat these problems is through abortion. Empowering women's rights for pro-choice should be encouraged due to raising an unwanted child. These are global issues that are just starting to arise with economical collapses. If children are born through rape, affairs, or recklessness then it's more of a desire to have a woman determine whether the child will be raised well.
The problem is religion has gotten in the way of abortion. Religion has been the causes of prejudice, murder, misery, and wars. Despite the fact their followers believe in triumphing over "evil" they're the causes of most evil deeds. These wars against drugs will never win because the war against religion hasn't been won yet.

Enthralling piece. Incredible investigative reporting. To me this points to the obvious need to legalize marijuana. Pour some of that money into universal health care, education and infrastructure.
