Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) shares the progressive solutions he would like to see implemented should Obama and the Democrats prevail in the November election. Frank explains that the current political situation is a “vicious cycle”: “The people are angry at government. The angrier they are at government, the less government is able to do things. The less government is able to do the right kind of things — the more the roads are in trouble, the more there aren’t enough cops on the street — the angrier they get.”
