Can the Republican Party regain ground by pushing back against the far right?

Errol Louis, host of NY1′s “Inside City Hall,” and Tina Dupuy, editor-in-chief of TheContributor.com, join “Viewpoint” host Eliot Spitzer to assess how the Republican Party can regroup following the 2012 election.

“We characterize some of the anti-immigration stances that were taken by a lot of people — self-deportation and so forth — as anti-Latino. Well, that will cost them with Latino voters, but there were others who were listening in,” Louis says. “Look at where the Asian vote went. … (The Republicans) are going to be in a state of total collapse if they don’t re-evaluate.”
