P.J. Crowley, former assistant secretary of state for public affairs under President Obama, joins “Viewpoint” host Eliot Spitzer to discuss the attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya and the riot outside the U.S. Embassy in Egypt.
“Libya is going through a typical post-conflict, post–civil war situation. It is awash with weapons,” Crowley says. “We are supporting these transitions. There are going to be bumps in the road. For every two steps forward, there will be one step back.”
