Will superstorm Sandy’s power outages impact access to vote?

Rep. Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.) tells “Viewpoint” host Eliot Spitzer what needs to be done to enable people in areas affected by superstorm Sandy to vote on Election Day.

“It’s the implementation of access,” Grijalva explains. “As we restore access, we want it to be done fairly and equitably across the board so that no communities get left behind and that the impact of some communities being left behind is not disproportionate to poor communities and communities of color.”

Grijalva also expresses hope that President Obama will prioritize immigration reform should he secure a second term.
