Here is another "Recession, what Recession?" moment from Chelsea FC owner, Roman Abramovich.
TMZ obtained a bill from a New York restaurant called "Nello's". He and nine others had a total of $47,221.09 + an extra $5,000 for the tip.

To be fair the restuarant looks a tad overpriced anyway. At nearly $200 a plate the truffle tagliolini would have to be pretty brilliant.
Oh and it wasn't a $5,000 tip, it was a 20% service charge that came to over $7,000. I would have loved to be the waiter on that table......
