Legendary NL umpire Ed Vargo dies at 79...

The man who called Koufax's 1964 no-hitter and 1965 perfect game as well as Hank Aaron's record tying home run #714 died this weekend.
As far as National League umpires go, he was a legend who was a huge part of baseball's finer moments in history.
His umpire's jacket is in the Cooperstown Hall of Fame.
