    • I hate to be the negative comment guy :) that said i cannot forgive the officials for the horrible call that gave the steelers a key first down and that was the late hit on big ben, the guy didnt go down, he fought to stay up and he deserved to be hit, the hit wasnt late and it was very disappointing to see such bad officiating in such a big game. officials should be fined or suspended indefinately from the game for making such calls whether its the super bowl or the regular season. now i was rooting for the cards so this could seem one sided but if u taped the game rewind please to that specific play, nothing about that hit was late he was already going for the hit before the ball was thrown what do u expect... to pull a matrix and stop in mid air to change directions.... this was a bs call and unforgivable. but overall i do think the game was called fairly except this one play. granted many calls in all games could go either way just thought this was way too obvious for any real football fan to forgive such lame officiating. but besides that and even though i hate the steelers being a bengals fan for life... i congradulate them in the victory. It would just be petty not too.

    • At least the one football game I watched in its entirety this year was a good one.

Unless I'm playing, know the people who are personally, or have a vested financial interest in the game, I just don't seem to find time to watch sports these days.

Eh, maybe in the future when I have more truly free time.

    • Nothing special? The Steelers just became the most prolific team in Super Bowl history, coached by the youngest head coach to ever appear in the game. An undersized linebacker who was cut 3 times by two teams set the record for the longest play in SB history. A drive to win the game that went 78 yards capped off by one the greatest clutch plays ever. No that's nothing special.

    • I think it would have been a better storybook ending if the Cardinals had won. The Steelers winning is nothing special.

The Cardinals coming away with it would have been much more special. I knew that when the Cardinals scored with 2:37 still left on the clock, that they had set the stage for a tragedy.

nah, last year was better with 19-0 on the line.
Lucky for the Steelers that the Arizona defense let down, or they would be viewed as choke artists for blowing a 13-pt lead late.
